研究了生物酶处理对稻秸纤维表面改性效果以及对稻秸/聚乙烯界面相容性的影响.结果表明:经纯内切型纤维素酶处理,有效降低了稻秸纤维的表面润湿性和表面反应活性,改善了稻秸纤维与聚乙烯塑料的界面相容性,并使复合材料力学性能(存储模量)得以提高.

The effects on the surface modification of rice straw fiber by pure endo - cellulase enzyme treat-ment and compacts on the compound interfacial compatibility between rice straw fiber and PE were investiga-ted. The results showed that, after pure endo - cellulase enzyme treatment, the surface wetibility and reaction activity of rice straw were greatly decreased. The compatibility between straw fiber and polymer was improved signifcantly, as well as the mechanical property( storage modulus) of the composite material.
