针对薄板冲裁过程中模具与板料的摩擦分析,推导出凸模侧壁的摩擦力公式,得到了板料剪切面光亮带与凸模侧壁磨损之间的量化关系.在此基础上,建立凸模磨损的灰色预测模型,并采用端子高速冲裁试验,对该模型进行验证,通过比较实际磨损值与模型预测值以及残差计算,证明了该模型对于凸模磨损预测的准确性.
針對薄闆遲裁過程中模具與闆料的摩抆分析,推導齣凸模側壁的摩抆力公式,得到瞭闆料剪切麵光亮帶與凸模側壁磨損之間的量化關繫.在此基礎上,建立凸模磨損的灰色預測模型,併採用耑子高速遲裁試驗,對該模型進行驗證,通過比較實際磨損值與模型預測值以及殘差計算,證明瞭該模型對于凸模磨損預測的準確性.

According to the friction analysis between punch and sheet during thin plate blanking,the calculating formula of friction force was derived and quantitative relationship between burnish band on the shearing surface of the sheet material and the wear on the punch flank was obtained.The grey prediction model of tool wear was established and its accuracy and efficiency were verified by high speed blanking experiment.
