采用氯化钠、氨基磺酸、二苯碳酰二肼固体混合试剂,以分光光度法测定水中6价铬.方法检出限为0.004mg/L.对实际水样进行连续5次测定,方法精密度为4.2%-6.2%,回收率为90.0%-95.0%.经国家标准物质验证,结果与标准值相符.方法快速、准确,显色试剂可保存1年.

Hexavalent chromium in the water was determined by spectrophotometry with sodium chloride, amino acid and diphenylcarhazide solid as the mixed reagent.The detection limit of the actual samples is 0.004mg/L and recovery is 90.0%-95.0% with precision of 4.2%-6.2%(n=5).The method was applied to the determination of hexavalent chromium in national standard reference and the results were in agreement with certified values.The method is rapid, accurate, and color reagent can be stored for one year.
