澄清了静电磁学中关于超距作用的某些观点,确认在静电磁相互作用场合不必引入场。指出牛顿第三定律的通常公式表示有不足之处,该定律与超距作用也有差别,提出了“刚体的相互作用定律”,并据此分析了两电偶极子和两通电线圈情形时的相互作用。

This paper clarifies som e view s on action at a distance in static m agnetism . It confirm s that it is not necessary to bring in the condition of static m agnetism interaction. It points out the deficiency of usual form ula in N ew ton's third law , as w ell as the difference betw een this law and action at a distance. It puts forw ard interaction law of rigid body. A ccording to this, it analyzes the interaction betw een tw o electric dipoles and tw o current loops.
