Mast cells are recognized as one of the major effector cells in hypersensitivity reaction Ⅰ ,and closely related to the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. On this basis, to explore the relationship between mast cell activation and bronchial asthma is in favour of providing the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma.
