　　以硝酸-双氧水做为消解试剂常压下处理医药中间体试样：碘海醇中间体，用 ICP-AES 同时测定其中的痕量元素Fe、Ni和Pd。结果表明该法快速简便、准确率高、精密度好，实用性强。Fe、Ni、Pd的加标回收率在93.0%～101.8%之间，相对标准偏差RSD（n=6）=3.1%~5.3%。

HNO3-H2O2 digestion process was used to treat iohexol intermediates under atmospheric pressure,then trace elements Fe,Ni,Pd were determined by ICP-AES.The results show that this method is simple , rapid , accurate , easy to be operated, and practicable; The recoveries of the three elements are in the rang of 93.0% ~101.8% with RSD of 3.1%~5.3%.
