为提高印染污水处理效果,以羧甲基壳聚糖和硝酸镧为絮凝剂,研究了羧甲基壳聚糖和硝酸镧联合使用时羧甲基壳聚糖和硝酸镧的投加量、溶液pH、温度、沉淀时间对印染污水的脱色率、除浊率、氨氮去除率和COD去除率的影响.实验结果表明,当羧甲基壳聚糖浓度为400mg/L,稀土硝酸镧浓度为20mg/L,反应温度45℃,pH2.5,沉降时间为4h时对印染污水的脱色率和除浊率分别是95%、96.69%,COD的去除率80%,氨氮去除率70%;羧甲基壳聚糖与硝酸镧联合使用的絮凝效果优于单独使用羧甲基壳聚糖.

Carboxymethyl chitosan (NOCC) and carboxymethyl chitosan-lanthanum nitrate (La(NO_3)_3) composite were used to deal with dyeing wastewater by flocculation. The effect of five factors including dosage of NOCC, dosage of La(NO_3)_3, pH value, temperature and settling time on decolorization rate, removal rate of turbidity, NH_3-N and COD of dyeing wastewater was investigated. Results showed that decolorization rate and turbidity removal rate of wastewater, NH_3-N removal rate and COD removal rate could be achieved above 95%, 96.69%, 80% and 70% respectively. Flocculation of composite coagulant is superior to that of single usage of NOCC or NOCC-La(NO_3)_3 composite.
