本文以1,4-二(2-羟基-2-丙基)苯为原料,合成了1,4-二(2-p-苯酚-2-丙基)苯(即双酚P).双酚P和氯化氰在三乙胺为催化剂的条件下,合成了新型适于中温固化的4,4'-[1,4-苯二(1-甲基亚乙基)]二苯基氰酸酯(即双酚P型氰酸酯).利用EI、FTIR对双酚P和双酚P型氰酸酯树脂的结构进行了表征.比较了双酚P型氰酸酯树脂和双酚A型氰酸酯树脂的DSC曲线,表明双酚P型氰酸酯树脂具有更低的固化反应温度.最后对固化后的双酚P型氰酸酯树脂的玻璃化转变温度、介电性能、吸水性能和力学性能进行了分析和表征.

4,4'-(p-phenylenediisopropylidene)bisphenol(Bisphenol P)and 4,4'-[1,4-phenylenebis(1-methylethylidene)]bisphenylcyanate(Bisphenol P dicyanate ester)were synthesized,and the proposed structures were confirmed by EI and FTIR.The thermal property of the bisphenol P dicyanate ester was studied with differential scanning calorimetry,the data was compared with that of bisphenol A dicyanate ester.Glass transition temperature,dielectric constant,dissipation factor,moisture absorption,flexural strength and flexural modalus of the cured resin were studied.
