为了研究水杨酸对木槿种子萌发及子叶生理活性物质的影响,在无土栽培条件下,设置了4个水杨酸浓度处理,即S1:30mg/L,S2:60mg/L,S3:120mg/L,S4:240mg/L,1个对照(CK),3次重复。结果表明:在水杨酸浓度为0~60mg/L范围内,木槿种子发芽率、发芽势逐渐升高,浓度高于120mg/L时降低;S1处理胚根加长生长量高于对照,其余处理低于对照;S1处理子叶内电导率高于对照,其余处理低于对照;所有处理丙二醛含量随处理浓度的增加而增加,保护酶活性均低于对照;水杨酸处理可以提高子叶内脯氨酸含量,降低可溶性糖含量;水杨酸浓度在30~120mg/L范围内可以提高可溶性蛋白含量,浓度达到240mg/L时降低可溶性蛋白含量。综合分析认为,60~120mg/L的水杨酸处理对促进种子发芽以及提高幼苗抗性作用良好。

In order to study the effects of salicylic acid of different concentrations on the seed germination and physiological characteristics change of Hibiscus syriacus Linn.,a soilless culture trial with the SA at four concentrations ( 30,60,120 and 240 mg/L) was conducted,with clear water as the control.The seed germination rate and germination potential of Hibiscus syriacus at 0-60 mg SA/L gradually increased,and those were decreased at more than 120 mg SA/L.The treatment with 30 mg SA/L had higher radicle extension growth and higher conductivity than the control.The MDA content was increased with the SA concentration.The activities of protection enzymes in the SA treatments were lower than those in the control.Moreover,the SA could enhance proline content in cotyledons and reduced soluble sugar content.The SA at 30-120 mg/L could increase the soluble protein content,but that at 240 mg/L reduced the soluble protein.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is inferred that the SA at 60-120 mg/L could promote the seed germination and improve the seedling resistance.
