目的探讨医学生应对方式、社会支持与心理健康之间的相关性。方法对198名医学生进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、应对方式问卷(CSQ)调查分析。结果主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度、解决问题、求助与SCL-90某些因子之间呈显著(P〈0.05)或非常显著负相关(P〈0.01);自责、幻想、退避、合理化与SCL-90各因子都呈非常显著正相关(P〈0.01),t检验结果显著;不同年级医学生社会支持各因子中,对支持的利用度单因素方差分析结果差异显著,F=3.335。结论医学生存在较多的心理问题,其心理健康状况与社会支持、应对方式密切相关。

Objective:To explore the relationship between coping style, social support and mental health of medical students. Methods: 198 medical students were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Social Support Rating Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire. Results:There was negative relationships between some fac- tors scores of SCL-90 and subjective support, objective support, solving problems, asking for help and that of the uti- lizing (P 〈 0. 01 ). There was positive correlation between every factor scores of SCL-90 and self-blame, fantasy, shrink and rationalization (P 〈 0. 01 ). T test results are significant. In the different grade of medical students' social support factors,the use of support for single factor analysis of variance result is significant that F is equal to 3. 335. Conclusion:Medical students have more psychotically problems. There is close relationship between mental health and social support and coping styles among medical students.
