对采用熔融共混法制备的PP/POE/LLDPE三元复合材料的力学及物理性能进行了测试研究,结果表明:三元复合材料较PP/POE复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度、杨氏模量、冲击韧性和透光率;PP/POE/LLDPE配比为90/10/5的三元共混体系具有最佳的力学性能和透光性,随着LLDPE含量的增加,三元复合材料的屈服应变、断裂伸长率、冲击韧性和透光率逐渐减小,拉伸强度和杨氏模量依次增大。
對採用鎔融共混法製備的PP/POE/LLDPE三元複閤材料的力學及物理性能進行瞭測試研究,結果錶明:三元複閤材料較PP/POE複閤材料具有較高的拉伸彊度、楊氏模量、遲擊韌性和透光率;PP/POE/LLDPE配比為90/10/5的三元共混體繫具有最佳的力學性能和透光性,隨著LLDPE含量的增加,三元複閤材料的屈服應變、斷裂伸長率、遲擊韌性和透光率逐漸減小,拉伸彊度和楊氏模量依次增大。

The mechanical and physical properties of PP /POE/LLDPE ternary composites prepared by using the melt blending method were studied in this paper .The results showed that the tensile strength, Young’s modulus, the impact toughness and the trans-mittance for the ternary composites are were greater than that of PP /POE composite.When the ratio of PP∶POE∶LLDPE was 90∶10∶5 the composite exhibited the best mechanical and transmittance properties .With an increase in LLDPE content the yield strain, the elon-gation at break, the impact toughness and the transmittance of the ternary composites decreased gradually , whereas their tensile strength, and Young's modulus increased in turn and continuously .
