在水温24.0±0.2℃条件下,采用静水停食法开展了pH对日本沼虾存活、耗氧率及鳃组织CAT、SOD活力的影响实验。结果表明:(1)日本沼虾对碱性环境的耐受性略强于酸性环境,其pH耐受范围为5.5~8.5,该范围内日本沼虾组内耗氧率均呈夜均显著高于昼均(P〈0.05),组间昼均和夜均耗氧率均无显著差异(P〉0.05),且鳃组织SOD、CAT活力均呈先降后升走势;(2)日本沼虾pH适宜范围为6.5~8.5,该范围内日本沼虾鳃组织SOD低谷期均比pH 5.5实验组后延24 h,各观测时段CAT活力均显著低于pH 5.5实验组(P〈0.05);(3)日本沼虾pH最适宜区间为6.5~8.5的中央区域,本研究所设实验梯度中pH 7.5实验组日本沼虾鳃组织SOD、CAT活力最为稳定。

재수온24.0±0.2℃조건하,채용정수정식법개전료pH대일본소하존활、모양솔급새조직CAT、SOD활력적영향실험。결과표명:(1)일본소하대감성배경적내수성략강우산성배경,기pH내수범위위5.5~8.5,해범위내일본소하조내모양솔균정야균현저고우주균(P〈0.05),조간주균화야균모양솔균무현저차이(P〉0.05),차새조직SOD、CAT활력균정선강후승주세;(2)일본소하pH괄의범위위6.5~8.5,해범위내일본소하새조직SOD저곡기균비pH 5.5실험조후연24 h,각관측시단CAT활력균현저저우pH 5.5실험조(P〈0.05);(3)일본소하pH최괄의구간위6.5~8.5적중앙구역,본연구소설실험제도중pH 7.5실험조일본소하새조직SOD、CAT활력최위은정。
In the experimental condition(24.0±0.2 ℃),oxygen consumption,activity of CAT and SOD in gill tissue of Macrobrachium nipponense was studied in the standing water without feeding at different pH values.The result indicated that:(1) The level of pH that M.nipponense could survive was in the range 5.5 to 8.5,and the tolerance of M.nipponense on alkaline environment was better than that of acidic.In that range,the oxygen consumption rate of M.nipponense at night were higher than that in daytime,while there were no significant different(P0.05) between groups.Moreover,the activity of CAT and SOD in gill tissue of M.nipponense in each groups decreased first,then increased.(2) For the survive of M.nipponense the suitable pH was 6.5-8.5.The CAT activity of each groups in that range were significantly lower(P0.05) than pH 5.5 group,and the SOD activity of these groups decreased to low ebb later than pH 5.5 group for 24 hours.(3)When pH were at 7.5,the activity of CAT and SOD in gill tissue of M.nipponense were more steady than other groups.
