目的 探讨时间护理理论在抑郁症患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法 选择60例抑郁症患者,随机分为传统护理组(30例)和时间护理组(30例).传统护理组实施精神科常规健康教育;时间护理组根据时间护理理论,在每天16:00~17:00或19:00~20:00进行健康教育.采用自制的健康教育相关知识调查问卷、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行评定.结果 时间护理组健康教育相关知识调查问卷评分高于传统护理组(P<0.05);时间护理组SDS评分及SAS评分低于传统护理组(P<0.05).结论 应用时间护理理论对抑郁症患者进行健康教育,使患者更易掌握健康教育的内容,有助改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪.

Objective To study time nursing theory and its application in health education for patients with depression.Methods 60 case of depression were selected and randomly divided intotraditional nursing group(30)and time nursing group(30).The general implementation of psychiatric health education was used in traditional nursing group;while in time nursing group the patients were nursed with health education according to the time nursing theory at 16:00~17:00 or 19:00~20:00 every day.The results were evaluated by self-designed questionnaire of heahh education knowledge,Selfrating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).It~ults The scores of health education knowledge questionnaire in time nursing knowledge was higher than that of traditional nursing group(P<0.05):the SDS and SAS scores of time nursing group were lower than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of time nursing theory for health education to patients with depression,call make the patients much easily to understand the contents of health education,and improve their emotions of anxiety and depression.
