目的分析产后出血相关原因,提出合理的防治措施.方法抽取近两年在本院分娩的产妇,把胎儿娩出后24h内出血量达到或超过500ml视为产后出血,其中产后出血87例为总结分析对象,对产妇的一般情况、出血量、产后出血发生率、产后出血量及时间、产后出血原因、产后出血的危险因素等资料进行分析.结果产妇发生产后出血87例,产后出血发生率1.7%;产后出血的原因中宫缩乏力因素最高.结论产后出血的主要相关因素较多,充分认识产后出血的主要原因,正确处理胎盘异常情况,是预防和减少产后出血的重要措施.

Objective To explore the related causes of postpartum hemorrhage,and propose possible preventive measures.Methods Collected the data of parturients in our hospital in recent two years,and postpartum hemorrhage was defined as blood loss≥500ml during 24 hours after fetal disengagement.The general condition of the parturient,the amount of bleeding,incidence rate and time of postpartum hemorrhage,risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage etc.were observed and analyzed.Results There are 87 cases of postpartum hemorrhage among parturients.The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was 1.7%,and uterine inertia was the main factor among all factors.Conclusions There were many related factors of postpartum hemorrhage.That thoroughly realize the main cause of postpartum hemorrhage and correctly handle abnormal condition of placenta is important measures to prevent and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
