目的 通过观察三七通舒胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血液动力学（血液流变学、血脂）的影响，探讨该药对脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 将60例经临床及头部CT扫描确诊的脑梗死患者按病例尾号随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用三七通舒胶囊，观察两组患者治疗前后血液流变学和血脂变化。结果 治疗后，治疗组血液流变学[全血高切(3.89±0.16) mpa*s、全血低切(8.12±0.06) mpa·s红细胞聚集指数(1.16±0.24)、红细胞刚性指数(3.53±0.40)]，血脂[胆固醇(5.84±0.92) mmol/L、甘油三脂(1.54±0.23) mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白(2.12±0.54) mmol/L]水平与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论 三七通舒胶囊可有效改善血液流变学和血脂代谢，是治疗急性脑梗死的有效药物。

목적 통과관찰삼칠통서효낭대급성뇌경사환자혈액동역학（혈액류변학、혈지）적영향，탐토해약대뇌경사적림상료효。방법 장60례경림상급두부CT소묘학진적뇌경사환자안병례미호수궤분위량조각30례。대조조채용서의상규치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상가용삼칠통서효낭，관찰량조환자치료전후혈액류변학화혈지변화。결과 치료후，치료조혈액류변학[전혈고절(3.89±0.16) mpa*s、전혈저절(8.12±0.06) mpa·s홍세포취집지수(1.16±0.24)、홍세포강성지수(3.53±0.40)]，혈지[담고순(5.84±0.92) mmol/L、감유삼지(1.54±0.23) mmol/L、저밀도지단백(2.12±0.54) mmol/L]수평여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P균＜0.05）。결론 삼칠통서효낭가유효개선혈액류변학화혈지대사，시치료급성뇌경사적유효약물。
Objective To observe the effects of Sanqi-Tongshu capsule on the hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction (blood rheology, blood lipids), and to explore the clinical efficacy.Methods 60 patients diagnosed of cerebral infarction by clinical and CT scan were randomized into a contrast group and a treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. The contrast group was treated with conventional western medicine the treatment group was treated with Sanqi-Tongshu capsule based on the contrast group. Hemorheology and blood lipid changes were observed before and after treatment. Results After the treatment,the treatment group's blood rheology [high shear whole blood (3.89±0.16) mpa·s, low-shear whole blood (8.12±0.06) mpa·s, erythrocyte aggregation index (1.164±0.24), erythrocyte rigidity index (3.53±0.40) ] and blood lipids [cholesterol (5.84± 0.92) mmol/L, triglycerides (1.54± 0.23) mmmmol/L, low-density lipoprotein (2.12 ± 0.54) mmol/L] showed statistical significance(all P＜0.05)compared with the contrast group.Conclusion Sanqi-Tongshu capsule can effectively improve the blood theology and lipid metabolism It is an effective drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
