1975～1989年治疗24例经病理证实的儿童头颈部肌肉血管瘤,其中全切除19例,大部切除伴硬化剂治疗5例.22例随访1年6个月～14年,疗效优良,无1例复发.对本病的临床特征、手术方法进行了讨论.

Twenty-four cases(13 males and 11 females, aging from 5 to 12 years)suffering from intramuscular hemangioma in the head and neck were treated and confirmed by pathology from 1975 to 1989.The sites of the intramuscular hemangiomes were in the sternocleidomastoid muscle(6),masseter(5),trapeziud muscle(5),temporal muscle(4),levator scapulae muscle(2)and buccinator(2).Total excision was performed on 19 cases and partial excision combined with sclerosant injection on 5 cases.Twenty-two patients were followed up from 1 year and 6 months to 14 years with excellent results.No recurrence occurred.The clinical characteristics, the method of treatment and technique of operation are presented.
