The research status of theory and practice of new rural cooperative medical system in recent years in China is summarized.The problems and their reasons of practice research are emphatically analyzed.The countermeasures of developing the new rural cooperative medical system are put forward.The deficiency of research perspectives,contents and methods are discussed.The effort point of future research is pointed out to provide references for the further research of new rural cooperative medical system.
