目的比较银杏叶提取物+康复锻炼与银杏叶提取物治疗轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)疗效的差别,以及探讨事件相关电位(ERPs,P300)用于轻度认知障碍治疗疗效评价.方法 150例MCI患者随机分为3组,银杏叶提取物+康复锻炼组、银杏叶提取物治疗组、空白对照组,进行3个月临床试验,试验前后均进行MMSE评分与ERPs检查,统计分析.结果银杏叶提取物+康复锻炼组、银杏叶提取物治疗组、空白对照组试验前后MMSE评分、P300的潜伏期的差值与波幅的差值比较,3组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论治疗后两治疗组患者认知功能均有改善,且银杏叶提取物+康复锻炼明显优于单纯银杏叶提取物治疗,P300能较客观地评价MCI治疗疗效.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect on mild cognitive impairment between the Ginaton add rehabilitation exercise and the simple Ginaton, and to investigate the significance of event-related potentials at the therapeutic effect on mild cognitive impairment. Methods 150 mild cognitive impairment patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: the Ginaton add rehabilitation exercise group, the simple Ginaton group and the blank gruop. 3 months clinical therapy was taken. All the patients were examined by mini-mental state examination and the latence and wave of event related potential before and after the experiments. And then compared data. Results Before and after the trial, compared the diffe-rent value of mini-mental state examination and the latence and wave of event related potential of the three groups, the therapeutic effect of Ginaton add rehabilitation exercise group was better(P<0.001). Conclusion The two treated groups are both improved, and the Ginaton add rehabilitation exercise group is better. ERPs can evaluate objectively the curative effect on the mild cognitive impairment.
