以浓硫酸处理过的粉煤灰颗粒为增强体,Al-20%Si合金粉为基体.采用粉末冶金法制得粉煤灰颗粒增强铝基复合材料,并对复合材料的微观形貌及力学性能进行了分析.结果表明:粉煤灰颗粒表面被腐蚀,比表面积大大增大;在复合材料中粉煤灰颗粒分布较均匀,有少量气孔存在;随着粉煤灰含量的提高,该材料硬度逐渐增大,而密度逐渐减小.
以濃硫痠處理過的粉煤灰顆粒為增彊體,Al-20%Si閤金粉為基體.採用粉末冶金法製得粉煤灰顆粒增彊鋁基複閤材料,併對複閤材料的微觀形貌及力學性能進行瞭分析.結果錶明:粉煤灰顆粒錶麵被腐蝕,比錶麵積大大增大;在複閤材料中粉煤灰顆粒分佈較均勻,有少量氣孔存在;隨著粉煤灰含量的提高,該材料硬度逐漸增大,而密度逐漸減小.

The powder metallurgy technique was used to prepare fly-ash-reinforced Al-Si alloy composites, and the microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the surface of fly-ash particles were eroded; fly-ash in the composites distributes uniformly and a small amount of the gas hole comes into being in the composites. Hardness of the composites increases significantly and density decreases with the increase of fly ash particles content.
