基于π轨道紧束缚模型,并考虑曲率效应的影响,解析地推导了金属(即扶手椅型)碳纳米管的局域化长度.发现,考虑曲率效应后,扶手椅型碳纳米管的局域化长度变长;还发现,曲率效应对扶手椅型碳纳米管局域化长度的影响随碳纳米管的半径的增加而迅速减小.
基于π軌道緊束縳模型,併攷慮麯率效應的影響,解析地推導瞭金屬(即扶手椅型)碳納米管的跼域化長度.髮現,攷慮麯率效應後,扶手椅型碳納米管的跼域化長度變長;還髮現,麯率效應對扶手椅型碳納米管跼域化長度的影響隨碳納米管的半徑的增加而迅速減小.

Based on π orbital tight-binding model and including the curvature effect, the localization length of the metallic carbon nanotubes, i.e. the armchair carbon nanotubes, has been derived analyti-cally. It is found that, including the curvature effect, the localization length of armchair nanotubes be-comes longer. It is also found that the curvature effect on localization length decreases with increasing radius of carbon nanotube.
