针对铁基高温合金(GH696)在干切环境下,选用超细晶粒硬质合金(涂层材料为TiAlN)机夹式铣刀在Mikron UCP 710五轴联动加工中心上作了切削试验研究.获得了不同环境下,铣削力和切削参数的变化关系,分析了高速铣削铁基高温合金铣削力随着铣削参数变化的趋势和原因.
針對鐵基高溫閤金(GH696)在榦切環境下,選用超細晶粒硬質閤金(塗層材料為TiAlN)機夾式鐉刀在Mikron UCP 710五軸聯動加工中心上作瞭切削試驗研究.穫得瞭不同環境下,鐉削力和切削參數的變化關繫,分析瞭高速鐉削鐵基高溫閤金鐉削力隨著鐉削參數變化的趨勢和原因.

The present paper gives details of machining experiments with the high-temperature alloys GH696(HRC39~40)under dry cutting states using flat end solid carbide cutter (coated with TiAlN).The aim was to identify cutting force and cutting parameters.The analysis of experimental data shows the cutting force change rule along with cutting parameters.
