对碳酸亚乙烯酯合成工艺进行改进,以硫酰氯替代传统工艺中的氯气及氯化砜作为反应中的氯代剂,将EC与其的反应条件控制在物质的量比为1:1.13—1:1.15,反应温度为(80±2)℃,反应时间为2h时,既可提高氯代转化率,缩短反应时间,又可避免使用对环境有害的溶剂;同时在脱氯过程中使用绿色溶剂DMC,使VC收率达到80%;在分离过程使用闪蒸步骤,将VC快速分离出来,避免VC分解,保证产品收率。

The improvement on synthesis process of vinylene study sulfuryl chloride was used to replace the traditional clo carbonate (VC) was introduced. In this rine and sulfuryl chloride as the chloro- agent in the reaction. As long as the conditions of the reaction between ethylene carbonate (EC) and VC were controlled as follows : amount of substance ratio of VC to EC was 1 : 1. 13 ± 1 : 1. 15, reaction temperature was (80 ± 2) ℃ and reation time was 2h, the chloro - conversion rate could be improved, reaction time could be shortened, and ungreen solvent could be avoided. Meanwhile, green solvent DMC was employed in the process of dechlorination which made the recovery of VC reached 80%. the flash evaporation was applied in the separation process to separate VC rapidly so as decomposition and guarantee the yield.
