目的 探讨CDX2与Ki-67在大肠腺癌、大肠腺瘤中的表达和意义及二者的关系.方法 采用单克隆抗体免疫组化染色方法,检测CDX2和Ki-67在正常大肠组织及腺癌和腺瘤中的表达强度.结果 (1)CDX2表达与腺瘤的增生程度呈负相关(rs=-0.38,P=0.02),且与腺癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移和Dukes分期均呈负相关(rs=-0.49,L=-0.37,rs=-0.38,rs=0.37,P=0.01),而Ki-67则相反;(2)腺瘤与腺癌间CDX2和Ki-67的表达强度差异均有统计学意义(P =0.00,P=0.047),且CDX2与Ki-67的表达均呈负相关(rs=-0.69,P=0.00;rs=-0.40,P=0.00).结论 CDX2的表达可作为判断大肠肿瘤恶性程度的评估指标;Ki-67的表达与大肠腺癌的恶性程度及临床分期有关;二者的表达呈负相关,二者的联合检测可较准确的判断大肠肿瘤的生物学行为.
目的 探討CDX2與Ki-67在大腸腺癌、大腸腺瘤中的錶達和意義及二者的關繫.方法 採用單剋隆抗體免疫組化染色方法,檢測CDX2和Ki-67在正常大腸組織及腺癌和腺瘤中的錶達彊度.結果 (1)CDX2錶達與腺瘤的增生程度呈負相關(rs=-0.38,P=0.02),且與腺癌的分化程度、淋巴結轉移、遠處轉移和Dukes分期均呈負相關(rs=-0.49,L=-0.37,rs=-0.38,rs=0.37,P=0.01),而Ki-67則相反;(2)腺瘤與腺癌間CDX2和Ki-67的錶達彊度差異均有統計學意義(P =0.00,P=0.047),且CDX2與Ki-67的錶達均呈負相關(rs=-0.69,P=0.00;rs=-0.40,P=0.00).結論 CDX2的錶達可作為判斷大腸腫瘤噁性程度的評估指標;Ki-67的錶達與大腸腺癌的噁性程度及臨床分期有關;二者的錶達呈負相關,二者的聯閤檢測可較準確的判斷大腸腫瘤的生物學行為.
목적 탐토CDX2여Ki-67재대장선암、대장선류중적표체화의의급이자적관계.방법 채용단극륭항체면역조화염색방법,검측CDX2화Ki-67재정상대장조직급선암화선류중적표체강도.결과 (1)CDX2표체여선류적증생정도정부상관(rs=-0.38,P=0.02),차여선암적분화정도、림파결전이、원처전이화Dukes분기균정부상관(rs=-0.49,L=-0.37,rs=-0.38,rs=0.37,P=0.01),이Ki-67칙상반;(2)선류여선암간CDX2화Ki-67적표체강도차이균유통계학의의(P =0.00,P=0.047),차CDX2여Ki-67적표체균정부상관(rs=-0.69,P=0.00;rs=-0.40,P=0.00).결론 CDX2적표체가작위판단대장종류악성정도적평고지표;Ki-67적표체여대장선암적악성정도급림상분기유관;이자적표체정부상관,이자적연합검측가교준학적판단대장종류적생물학행위.
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CDX2,Ki-67 in adenoma and colorectal adenocarcinoma,and the correlation between CDX2 and Ki-67.Methods The expression of CDX2 and Ki-67 was evaluated in the colorectal adenocarcinoma,adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa as control subjects by immunohistochemistry.Results The magnitude of CDX2 were negatively correlated with the level of dysplasia in adenoma(rs=-0.38,P =0.02),and negatively correlated with differentiation,lymph node metastasis,diversion and Dukes stage of cancer in colorectal adenocarcinoma(rs=-0.49,rs=-0.37,rs =- 0.38,rs =-0.37,P =0.01).The expression and relativity of Ki-67 in the samples were contrary to the CDX2.The levels of CDX2 and Ki-67 expression had significant difference between the adenoma and adenocarcinoma,and showed negatively correlation in this two type tissues (rs=-0.69,P =0.00; rs =-0.40,P =0.00).Conclusions CDX2 may be used as an effective marker to evaluate malignancy degree and prognosis of large bowel neoplasm patient.The levels of Ki-67 expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma are correlated with malignancy degree and clinical stage.The expression of CDX2 is negatively correlated with Ki-67.Combined detection of CDX2 and Ki-67 may be helpful for the judgment of colorectal tumor biological characters.
