针对高炉及热风炉炉壳用钢在服役条件下所承受热疲劳和压力的要求,结合国标<钢铁企业冶炼工艺炉技术规范>的编制要求,对Q345-(B、C、GJC)、Q390-(GJC、D)钢的热疲劳性能和应变时效性能进行研究,并和原使用钢种BB502、BB503钢的相应性能进行了对比分析.研究结果不仅为规范的编制提供大量可靠的试验数据,也为高炉及其配套热风炉炉壳用钢种的拓展进行了可行性分析.
針對高爐及熱風爐爐殼用鋼在服役條件下所承受熱疲勞和壓力的要求,結閤國標<鋼鐵企業冶煉工藝爐技術規範>的編製要求,對Q345-(B、C、GJC)、Q390-(GJC、D)鋼的熱疲勞性能和應變時效性能進行研究,併和原使用鋼種BB502、BB503鋼的相應性能進行瞭對比分析.研究結果不僅為規範的編製提供大量可靠的試驗數據,也為高爐及其配套熱風爐爐殼用鋼種的拓展進行瞭可行性分析.

To the steel used in furnace mantle of blast furnace and complement hot-blast furnace, against the request of bearing thermal fatigue and pressure under the condition .of service, with the compiling of Chinese Standard Technical Specification for Smelting Processing Blast of Iron and Steel Enterprise, the thermal fatigue and strain-aging property of steel Q345-(B,C, GJC) and Q390-(GJC, D)are studied. Furthermore, the contrast analysis on the corresponding property of steel BB502 and BBS03 which originally used in the furnace mantle has been done. The research results supply not only large reliable test data for the establishing of Chinese Standard, but also feasibility analysis for development research of steel used in furnace mantle of blast furnace and complement.
