科学合理地调研与统计业务是政府了解行业现状的必要手段,随着行业种类和指标体系的复杂性增多,行业统计主管部门对统计结果的精确度和紧迫程度越来越高,作为统计业务核心的统计业务平台建设工作变得越来越复杂.总结几年来从事行业内统计业务的经历,对如何建设一种基于C/S与B/S混合模式的高效、实用的行业统计业务平台进行论述,并提出几点建设性意见以供参考.

The reasonable survey and census is necessary to the administrations who want understand the professional situation,because the professions and index come to be more complicated than ever.Thus,the professional departments who are in charge of census need more accurate and imminent statistics data.As the COre of these census works,building a census profession platform is harder and hgrder.This paper summarized the experiences of statistical work,discussed the construction of census profession platform based on C/S and B/S mixed mode which is effective and practical,and presented some suggesdons as reference.
