本文对我国汽车制造企业实施丰田生产方式的历程和现状进行了分析,提出了我国企业实施丰田生产体系时所遇到的主要问题和相关建议:在企业内部培养实施丰田生产方式的文化基础;发展工业工程;使用精益六西格玛工具;在人员素质不断提高的基础上,结合我国国情实施丰田生产方式.

After several decades'hard work,Toyota Motor Corporation has ranked with among the too 500 enterprises in the world.And the Toyota Production System (TPS) has also been admired by the world.Our conntry has begun to learn TPS since 1980's, and still on the grope stage.My thesis studied our enterprises carrying out of TPS;analyzed the main problems that our enterprises met with during iheir course of practice;and put forward some reasonable and practical suggestion--cultivate related cultural basis to carry out TPS;develop Industrial Engineering;use the six sigma tool of Lean Production.Given the enterprises have been familiar with the TPS very much,they can study experience and lessons of other enterprises and take their own conditions into full consideration to form their own developing system.
