首次将榨条的弯曲图( F-δ_C关系曲线)引入到螺旋榨油机榨膛内径向压力测试中.基于榨油机工作时,榨膛内压力会使榨条弯曲的原理,首先通过实验绘制出某些榨条的 F-δ_C 关系曲线,而后在实际工作过程中,用千分表直接测出榨条弯曲挠度δ_C,通过查阅F-δ_C 关系曲线得到F值,则可计算出榨膛内的径向压力.该方法快速简便且精度可靠,可以在榨膛的径向压力计算中进行推广.

F-δ_C curve was introduced into the calculation of radial pressure in barrel of screw press.Based on the principle that the cage bars would bent by the pressure in barrel when the press work,the F-δ_C curves of certain cage bars were drawn by experiments,and the δ_C values of certain cage bars in actual work were detected by micrometer,then the F value could be obtained by the F-δ_C curves,and the actual radial pressure in the barrel could be calculated.The method could be used widely in the pressure calculation in barrel of screw press for the advantages of simple and acceptable precision.
