This paper presents a digital process of quartz tuning-fork gyro. The process has tow function under the sparse sample. One is phase lock and frequency tracking of driving circuit. Another is signal process including demodulate and filter. The advantage of sparse sample is to decrease the difficulty of the circuit hardware. This can make easer to realize the digital process. The process was simulated by Simulink software and was realized on hardware.
