为了更好的指导配棉技术管理工作,选取棉纤维上半部长度、整齐度指数、断裂比强度、马克隆值为棉纤维品质的主要内在指标,运用模糊数学中的模糊分等和隶属度的概念,建立了原棉的综合评价指数,即原棉技术品级.结合计算机编程将原棉技术品级应用于配棉工作.认为原棉技术品级以原棉的内在质量为主,并辅以外观质量,有机地将原棉品质统一在具体指标内,可以定量地反映原棉的主要特性,能加强原棉分类组批管理,准确量化配棉技术标准和配棉实施方案.

To improve cotton assorting technical management,cotton fibre upper half mean length,uniformity ratio, bundle strength.Micronaire value were selected as main internal indexes of cotton fibre product.Concepts of fuzzy classificarlon and membership in fuzzy mathematics were used,raw cotton comprehensive evaluation index i.e.raw cotton technical grade was established.Raw cotton technical grade combined with computer program was used in cotton assorting.It is considered that raw cotton internal quality should be treated as main index in raw cotton technical grade,appearance quality should be considered as well.Raw cotton quality should be integrated in particular target organically, main Droperty of raw material could be reflected quantificationally,raw cotton classification management could be strengthened,cotton assorting technical standard and implementation of cotton assorting could be quantified accurately.
