目的 优选滇桂艾纳香中氨基酸的提取纯化工艺.方法 采用不同的溶剂提取法,考察不同吸附时间、不同的pH值、洗脱剂种类、洗脱剂浓度对717阴离子树脂性能的影响.结果 超声波辅助水提取得到较高的氨基酸提取率为0.220%,吸附时间6h,在提取液pH=12时上柱,用氯化铵梯度洗脱,氨基酸的收率可达87.11%,氨基酸纯度达到92.12%.结论 该工艺条件回收率高且稳定达到了理想的实验效果.
目的 優選滇桂艾納香中氨基痠的提取純化工藝.方法 採用不同的溶劑提取法,攷察不同吸附時間、不同的pH值、洗脫劑種類、洗脫劑濃度對717陰離子樹脂性能的影響.結果 超聲波輔助水提取得到較高的氨基痠提取率為0.220%,吸附時間6h,在提取液pH=12時上柱,用氯化銨梯度洗脫,氨基痠的收率可達87.11%,氨基痠純度達到92.12%.結論 該工藝條件迴收率高且穩定達到瞭理想的實驗效果.
목적 우선전계애납향중안기산적제취순화공예.방법 채용불동적용제제취법,고찰불동흡부시간、불동적pH치、세탈제충류、세탈제농도대717음리자수지성능적영향.결과 초성파보조수제취득도교고적안기산제취솔위0.220%,흡부시간6h,재제취액pH=12시상주,용록화안제도세탈,안기산적수솔가체87.11%,안기산순도체도92.12%.결론 해공예조건회수솔고차은정체도료이상적실험효과.
Objective To optimize a technical process for extraction and purification of amino acids from Blumea riparia (BL.)DC. Methods Different solvents were used to extract amino acids and the effects of different absorption time, pH,eluate and eluate concentration on 717 anion exchange resin were studied.Results The extraction yield of amino acids was 0.220% by ultrasonic wave water extraction.The yield of amino acids was 87.11%and the purity was 92.12% under the condition of absorption time 6h, pH =12,NH_4Cl gradient elution.Conclusion This method is efficient,stable and reasonable.
