[目的]比较不同产地对牙刷草挥发油成分的影响.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南大理、牟定两地产牙刷草中挥发油,应用GC/MS联用技术对所得挥发油的含量、成分进行分析.[结果]两产地挥发油得率分别为2.31%和3.28%,分别鉴定出44和45种化学成分,其中共有组分37种.其结构类型包括单萜、倍半萜、芳香族和脂肪族,其中萜类化合物的含量最高,主要成分为台薷酮.[结论]牙刷草挥发油含量、化学成分与产地有关.

[Objective] The research aimed to compare the effects of different locties on the extraction of essential oil from Elsholtzia bodinieri Vaniot. [Method] The essential oils were collected by steam distillation and extraction extraction rate of oil extracted was 2.31%, 3.28% and 44, 45 compounds were identified, respectively. In addition, 37 components had been found in the oils of above mentioned tow locations. The components included monoterpenes, sesquiterpenoids, aromatics and aliphatics. The main constituent was dehydroelsholtzia ketonel. [Conclusion] The contents and components were related to producing locties.
