目的 通过24 h尿蛋白标本的争检测,比较磺基硫酸比浊定量法和干式化学定量法在尿蛋白定量检测中的差别.方法 我院随机门诊、住院病人48例24 h尿液标本,按说明书要求,经两种方法分别进行标本检测,测定24 h尿蛋白数值.结果 磺基硫酸比浊定量法和干式化学定量法在24 h尿蛋白标本的检测中存在差异(t=5.756,P<0.05).结论 磺基硫酸比浊定量法已不适宜用于临床尿蛋白定量检测.

Objective To compare the sulfosalJcylic sulfate turbidity and slide chemical quantitative method for detection of the protein concentration in 24-hour urine samples. Methods To measure the protein concen-tration in 24-hour urine samples respectively with two kinds of method according to their instructions for random 48 cases of outpatients and inpatients. Results sulfosalicylic sulfate turbidity was significantly different from slide chemical quantitative method for detection of the protein concentration in 24-hour urine specimens. Con-clusion sulfosalicylic stdfate turbidity quantitative method is not suitable for measuring protein concentration in urine.
