农村卫生人才的培养、管理和使用,关系到社会主义新农村的建设,关系到农村经济的发展和稳定.本文针对广东农村卫生人才匮乏的现状,以整合广东经济大省的财力资源、培养合格的农村卫生人才为目标,探索农村卫生人才培养体系建设,努力培养和建设一支与广东经济发展相适应的,具备“业务精、素质高、能力强、下得去、干得好、留得住”的农村医疗卫生人才队伍.

The training,management and use of rural health talents concern the construction of a new socialist countryside and the development & stability of rural economy.Based on the status quo of the shortage of rural health talents in Guangdong,this paper intends to explore the health talent training in Guangdong rural areas,integrating Guangdong provincial financial resources,training qualified health talents,and making efforts to train and build a team of rural medical and health personnel in accordance with Guangdong economic development.
