The survey and analysis of the present moral education to the students in regional universities since the enrollment expansion were made through questionnaires and interviews. They involved many aspects, such as diathesis,manner, values, attitudes and ideas, honesty and thanksgiving consciousness, and evaluation to the moral education in regional universities. The existing problems of the moral education to the students in local universities are being found out through this way to reveal the influencing factors and to put forward the responding strategies.
