某红外导引头视线稳定平台,在装调试验过程中发现伺服机构的谐振频率较低.为了解决该问题,从伺服机构的工作原理出发,建立伺服机构动力学方程.对动力学方程进行求解,分析刚度、转动惯量、动不平衡等因素对伺服机构谐振频率的影响程度,最终找出了谐振频率的影响因素和关键部位.进而通过仿真实验提出了提高伺服机构谐振频率的改进措施.研究结果表明,通过改进关键部位的结构参数和提高材料性能,可以大幅提高伺服机构的谐振频率,满足使用的要求.

During the course of assembling and adjusting ex-periment of line of sight stability platform of certain infrared seeker it has been discovered that the resonance frequency of servo mecha-nism was rather low. In order to solve this problem, proceed from the working principle of servo mechanism the dynamics equation of servo mechanism was established. The solution on dynamics equa-tion was carried out, the influencing extent of factors of rigidity, moment of inertia, dynamic unbalance etc. on the resonance fre-quency of servo mechanism were analyzed, and finally the influen-cing factors and the key positions of resonance frequency have been found out. And then by means of simulation test the measures of im-provement for enhancing the resonance frequency of servo mecha-nism were put forward. The result of study showed that through the improvement on the structural parameters of the key position and en-hancing the property of material it could be possible to increase the resonance frequency of the servo mechanism by a big margin and satisfied the requirements of application.
