在对27份烤烟种质及18份烤烟组合的F_1代进行TMV抗性鉴定中,筛选出免疫种质8021、8022,和抗病种质82501、辽烟10号、辽烟13号等12份;杂交组合中发现免疫7份,抗病19份,中亲优势明显,其抗性多偏向于抗病性强的亲本.但不同材料对TMV的抗性表现不同,感病材料发病早,病情指数上升速度快;抗病材料发病迟,病情指数上升速度慢.
在對27份烤煙種質及18份烤煙組閤的F_1代進行TMV抗性鑒定中,篩選齣免疫種質8021、8022,和抗病種質82501、遼煙10號、遼煙13號等12份;雜交組閤中髮現免疫7份,抗病19份,中親優勢明顯,其抗性多偏嚮于抗病性彊的親本.但不同材料對TMV的抗性錶現不同,感病材料髮病早,病情指數上升速度快;抗病材料髮病遲,病情指數上升速度慢.

Totally 27 flue-cured tobacco varieties and 18 hybrid combinations in F_1 generation were tested for tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) resistance, which screened out 2 immune varieties(8021, 8022), 12 resistant varieties (82501, Liaoyang10, Liaoyang13 etc.),7 immune hybrids, 19 resistant hybrids, and showed a distinct mid-parent heterosis. The heredity of TMV resistance was trend to the parent with higher resistance, and the phenotypes of TMV resistance were varied: TMV sensitive varieties were attacked earlier,while TMV resistant varieties were late.
