为科学开发黄蘑菇资源,采用单因素试验和正交试验研究黄蘑菇的深层发酵条件.结果表明,黄蘑菇发酵的适宜碳源为蔗糖,适宜氮源为牛肉浸膏;黄蘑菇深层发酵的最适培养基为4%蔗糖、0.1%牛肉浸膏、0.10% KH_2PO_4、0.10% MgSO_4;适宜接种的种龄为4 d,接种量(移入液体菌种的体积与接种后培养液体积的比)为15%,发酵时间为8 d,在此条件下,黄蘑菇菌丝体生物量(每1 mL发酵液中收集的菌丝体干重)达1.137 mg/mL.

Conditions in deep submerged fermenttation of Armillarialuteo viren was studied for exploiting Armillarialuteoviren resources by one-factor experiment.The results showed that the optimum carbon sources was sucrose and the optimum nitrogen sources was sucrose beef extract.The optimum medium by the orthogonal test was sucrose 4%,beef extract 0.1% ,KH_2PO_4 0.10% and MgSO_4 0.10 %.The fermentation conditions were as follows: seed age 4 d ,inoculation rate 15% ,culture time 8 d.Under these conditions,myceliun biomass could reach 1.137 mg/mL.
