Based on the comprehensive research on ancient books in Hengdong area.This paper further analyzed the meaning of reorganizing these ancient books,concluded the features of Hedong ancient books：large in number,a wide variety in types,and extremely high-valued,and especially aimed at solving several problems as follows：underemphasize of researching ancient books,in adequate in funds,and shortage of professional researchers.This essay also made outlook on prospects on researching in this field,and provided useful reference for people to research efficiently.
