室外通讯机柜的结露问题严重影响设备的正常运行。某室外机柜因为锈蚀而发生短路现象,实地监测机柜的温湿度,分析结露原因,发现柜内相对湿度较大,环境温度降低时水蒸气易冷凝。考虑柜内存在热扩散现象,采用加保温材料来提高空气温度,降低相对湿度,防止水蒸气凝结。对机柜进行数值模拟和湿度计算,发现柜内温度升高,相对湿度从85.5%下降到80%,基本符合欧洲通讯机柜环境测试标准ETSI EN 300 019-1-3。实际测试也表明该方法能有效降低空气的相对湿度,改善结露问题。

Condensation of telecom cabinet affects the operation of equipment.Corrosion in outdoor cabinet leads to short circuit.To analyze the cause of condensation,temperature and humidity distribution are investigated.Large relative humidity(RH) inside cabinet was observed and it is prone to condensation as ambient temperature drops fast.Considering heat dissipation in cabinet,insulation is used to improve air temperature,reduce relative humidity and prevent condensation.The cabinet temperature is simulated and humidity is calculated.It shows that temperature increases and relative humidity decreases from 85.5% to 80%.The results meet the European standard of telecommunication series ETSI EN 300 019-1-3.In practice,enhancing the insulation of cabinet is also shown to be an effective anti-moisture method for reducing relative humidity.
