目的 探讨洁净手术室随使用时间的延长其洁净度变化的特征,建立可靠的质量保证体系.方法 选取我院一间Ⅲ级洁净手术室在使用1年半和2年半后,用激光尘埃粒子计数器检测清洁30 min和45 min后静态尘埃微粒数.结果 洁净手术室使用1年半时清洁后自净30 min 0.5 μm微粒未超过医院洁净室洁净度指标要求<350个/L的标准,待使用2年半时清洁后自净30min 0.5 μm微粒超过了<350个/L的标准,与使用1年半时相比差异显著;并且洁净手术室使用2年半后直径较大的1 μm和2 μm微粒均较使用1年半时显著增多;清洁45 min后使用2年半的洁净手术室0.5 μm微粒亦可达到医院洁净室洁净度标准;虽然使用2年半时0.5,1,2 μm微粒的数量仍均高于使用1年半时同等状况下的测量值,但无显著差异.结论 随着洁净手术室使用时间的延长其洁净度下降,室内空气尘埃粒子数增多,但延长清洁时间仍可保证洁净度;建立可靠的质量保证体系后,2年半后的静态尘埃微粒数仍在正常范围内.
目的 探討潔淨手術室隨使用時間的延長其潔淨度變化的特徵,建立可靠的質量保證體繫.方法 選取我院一間Ⅲ級潔淨手術室在使用1年半和2年半後,用激光塵埃粒子計數器檢測清潔30 min和45 min後靜態塵埃微粒數.結果 潔淨手術室使用1年半時清潔後自淨30 min 0.5 μm微粒未超過醫院潔淨室潔淨度指標要求<350箇/L的標準,待使用2年半時清潔後自淨30min 0.5 μm微粒超過瞭<350箇/L的標準,與使用1年半時相比差異顯著;併且潔淨手術室使用2年半後直徑較大的1 μm和2 μm微粒均較使用1年半時顯著增多;清潔45 min後使用2年半的潔淨手術室0.5 μm微粒亦可達到醫院潔淨室潔淨度標準;雖然使用2年半時0.5,1,2 μm微粒的數量仍均高于使用1年半時同等狀況下的測量值,但無顯著差異.結論 隨著潔淨手術室使用時間的延長其潔淨度下降,室內空氣塵埃粒子數增多,但延長清潔時間仍可保證潔淨度;建立可靠的質量保證體繫後,2年半後的靜態塵埃微粒數仍在正常範圍內.

Objective To explore the features of the cleanliness change with time during the use of laminar operating rooms in order to establish reliable quality assurance system. Methods Two grade 3 lami-nar operation rooms were chosen to be tested after one and a half year and two and a half years, laser counter was used to detect the static particulates after cleaning for 30 minutes and 45 minutes. Results After the laminar operation room was used for one and a half years the amount of 0.5 μm particulates in indoor air was less than 350 per liter, and after two and a half years it's above 350 per liter after cleaning for 30 minutes, an obvious difference than the previous one. The anaount of 1 μm and 2 pan particulates also increase obviously, but ff cleaning for 45 minutes the amount of 0.5 μm particulates in indoor air will fulfill the qualification. Al-though the amount of 0.5 μm, 1 pan and 2 μm particulates after 2 years using was higher than the one and a half yesrs'using after cleaning for 45 minutes, but the difference had no statistic meaning. Condusions The elesnliness of laminar operation rooms will drop as time prolonged, Amount of particulates in indoor air will in-crease too but the cleanliness can be ensured by extending cleaning time. After the quality assurance sys-tem was established the amount of smile particulates is still within the standard level
