目的 探讨四手操作互助式教学模式在口腔医学硕士研究生根管治疗中的应用效果.方法 将首都医科大学口腔医学院2005级口腔医学专业40名硕士研究生随机分成2人一组,每周前3天进行双人四手操作,共用一个牙科综合治疗台;后4天由2人各承担2天单人两手操作,单独使用该牙科综合治疗台.分别记录四手操作和单手操作在后磨牙根管治疗中的操作时间,并对结果 进行统计学分析.结果 经过统计学分析,四手操作与两手操作治疗时间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),四手操作在根管预备和根管充填治疗中的效率分别提高了36.5%和31.6%.结论 四手操作互助式教学模式有利于提高硕士研究生工作效率和诊椅使用率,同时为学生之间的互相学习创造了良好的机会.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of four-handed dentistry in graduate's clinical teaching of root canal treatment.Methods 40 graduates were randomly divided into 20 groups.In one week, four-handed operation was done for three days by two graduates for experimental group, and four days for dentist independent operation by the same two graduates respectively for 2 days as control group in one dental chair.The operation time for post molar were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results The operation time was significant differences in the two groups.The work efficiency for the fourhanded group was 36.5% and 31.5% in root canal preparation and root canal filling respectively, higher than that in the control group.Conclusions Four-handed clinical teaching methods can significantly improve the work efficiency and dental chair using efficiency.At the same time, it can also create the opportunities for graduates learning from each other.
