乳化油对内燃机的燃烧特性和污染有显著的改善效果,但也明显延长了着火时间。针对这一问题,从实验与计算两方面综合分析了易燃添加剂在不同因素如环境温度和压力、添加剂的挥发性(包括沸点与蒸发潜热)等对着火延迟的影响,以寻求克服水分对燃烧的不利影响,得出一些规律性的结论,如通过提高压力与温度等可以显著地改善燃烧。
乳化油對內燃機的燃燒特性和汙染有顯著的改善效果,但也明顯延長瞭著火時間。針對這一問題,從實驗與計算兩方麵綜閤分析瞭易燃添加劑在不同因素如環境溫度和壓力、添加劑的揮髮性(包括沸點與蒸髮潛熱)等對著火延遲的影響,以尋求剋服水分對燃燒的不利影響,得齣一些規律性的結論,如通過提高壓力與溫度等可以顯著地改善燃燒。

The water in emulsified oil plays an important role in reducing the pollutants and improving combustion efficiency in diesel,but it also causes difficulties to ignition on the other hand.As for this problem,this paper analyzes the effects of flammable additives on the ignition delay time under a normal pressure from experiment,and the discussions about different conditions such as changing temperature and pressure.The results show that as the addition of flammable additive can affect the ignition characteristics of emulsified oil and enhance environment temperature and pressure.Therefore,it is a useful and practical method.
