电声脉冲法空间电荷测量系统的输出信号通常存在比较明显的过冲.本文分析了电声脉冲法空间电荷测量系统硬件结构造成信号畸变的原因,介绍了空间电荷测量信号恢复中反卷积处理技术及其问题.根据测量系统中高压脉冲及输出信号波形的特点,选取高斯滤波器对反卷积处理带来的病态问题进行了修正.基于上述改进设计了空间电荷测量信号恢复的频域反卷积算法,并采用LabVIEW实现了反卷积处理.通过实际对聚乙烯/纳米银复合材料空间电荷测量信号的恢复发现,高斯滤波器可以有效抑制恢复信号的震荡,提高测量空间电荷的分辨率.

Space charge distribution signals are often distorted to have obvious over-shoots due to the frequency response of the measurement system. The reasons why the output signal is distorted are analyzed in this paper. Deconvolution is proved necessary for space charge signal recovery. However, deconvolution is a kind of inverse problem so that it is hard to gain the undistorted waveform which is produced by the space charge vibration during the test processes. Gauss filter is employed to solve the ill-condition of deconvolution. A discrete frequency domain algorithm is designed based on the modified deconvolution method and is implemented with Lab VIEW. With the data obtained from LDPE/nano-Ag composite, it is found that the Gaussian filter is capable of restraining the oscillation of the deconvoluted data and therefore enhances the resolution of space charge profiles.
