参照现有机械结构应力损伤基本原理,分析电力机车传动系统设备故障的本质原因,提出一种基于应力分析的电力机车传动系统损伤度模型.该模型采用迈因纳准则和可靠性原理,对电力机车传动系统设备进行大修期限估算,计算出各个关键设备的损伤度,从而估算出电力机车传动系统的大修期限.
參照現有機械結構應力損傷基本原理,分析電力機車傳動繫統設備故障的本質原因,提齣一種基于應力分析的電力機車傳動繫統損傷度模型.該模型採用邁因納準則和可靠性原理,對電力機車傳動繫統設備進行大脩期限估算,計算齣各箇關鍵設備的損傷度,從而估算齣電力機車傳動繫統的大脩期限.

According to the essential reasons for equipment failure of electrical locomotives, the failure root of traction subsystem for electrical locomotives is analyzed. Simultaneously, a novel life expectancy model for the traction subsystem is presented based on stress-analysis. This model adopts Miner rule and reliability theory to estimate the equipment maintenance life of electrical locomotives traction subsystem and to calculate the damage value of the key equipment, then to estimate the overhaul cycle of traction subsystem.
