Taking agriculture system theory as the guide and the decision demand of precision agriculture as the starting point, intelligent decision technology system of precision agriculture was constructed based on the spatial-temporal characteristics and uncertainty of agricultural production. And the methods for combining intelligent decision technology with demand of precision agriculture were put forward.
