采用熔融共混挤出法制备了聚苯硫醚(PPS)/玻璃微珠 (GB)复合材料,考察了PPS/GB复合材料的相容性、结晶形态,并采用Ozawa方程和R-t关系法研究了复合材料的非等温结晶动力学.结果表明,PPS/GB复合材料在熔融状态下两相之间有良好的相容性,而在固态条件下随着GB含量增加存在分散不均匀现象.复合体系中PPS主要生成球晶,GB在PPS基体中起异相成核作用,加速其结晶.Ozawa方程和R-t关系法能较好地描述复合材料的非等温结晶动力学.
採用鎔融共混擠齣法製備瞭聚苯硫醚(PPS)/玻璃微珠 (GB)複閤材料,攷察瞭PPS/GB複閤材料的相容性、結晶形態,併採用Ozawa方程和R-t關繫法研究瞭複閤材料的非等溫結晶動力學.結果錶明,PPS/GB複閤材料在鎔融狀態下兩相之間有良好的相容性,而在固態條件下隨著GB含量增加存在分散不均勻現象.複閤體繫中PPS主要生成毬晶,GB在PPS基體中起異相成覈作用,加速其結晶.Ozawa方程和R-t關繫法能較好地描述複閤材料的非等溫結晶動力學.

PPS/GB blends are prepared by extrusion compounding PPS with different mass fraction of surface treatmented GB, and the compatibility, crystalline morphology and non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of the blends are introdued. The results show that the compatibility of PPS/GB melting blends is favorable, while the blends appear uneven distribution under solid state. GB as heterogeneous nucleation did not affect the spherulite morphology of PPS. Ozawa equation and the relation of R-t can characterize the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PPS and its composites.
