为研究硅橡胶复合绝缘子电晕老化过程中多因素的作用,采用正交试验法开展了电晕电压、老化时间及相对湿度3个因素作用下硅橡胶材料的电晕老化试验,对老化后的试样进行了热刺激电流测试。采用极差分析法对试验数据进行分析,发现电晕电压水平的变动对陷阱电荷量的影响最大,其次是老化时间,相对湿度对老化程度的影响最小;而采用方差分析法可知:电晕电压和老化时问对试验指标具有显著影响,且电晕电压的影响显著性较老化时间大,相对湿度的影响最不显著。

In order to study the influence of various factors on the corona aging characteristics of silicone rubber, the corona aging test of silicone rubber, which was based on the orthogonal test method, was carried out in this paper. Three factors, including corona voltage, aging time and relative humidity were studied, then the thermally stimulated current (TSC) of samples was tested after corona aging. The range analysis and variance analysis are two kinds of basic analysis methods of the orthogonal test method; according to the range analysis results, it can be seen that the voltage changing around the corona voltage has the greatest influence on the amount of trapped charges, the influential degree of the aging time ranks the second, while the relative humidity has the minimum impact on the aging of silicone rubber. The variance analysis results show that the corona voltage and aging time both have significant influences on test index, and the influential degree of corona voltage is higher than that of the aging time, while the relative humidity has little significance.
