通过对某气田所属9条输气管线进行的基于完整性的专业性检测实践,有效找出管道安全的薄弱点,解决了影响管道安全的"短板效应".同时,基于现场检测数据及分析评价,对外防腐层、阴极保护系统及管道本体的失效原因进行分析,开展有针对性的运行维护,确保管道系统的安全运行.

Through the practice of specialty inspection for 9 gas transportation pipelines based on integrity, the weakest points affect-ing the safety of the piping were found. Thus, the "Buckets Effect" which threatens the safety of the pipeline was eliminated. Mean-while, based on the inspected data onsite and the analysis, the causes of failures occurred in external antieorrosion coating, catholic protection system and pipe body were analyzed, so that the relevant prevention for the operation of pipeline was carried out and the safe operation of the pipeline system can be guaranteed.
