为确保CJ 7.3 tex纱在精梳落棉率为9%时的成纱质量,合理选配原料,清梳工序减少纤维损伤、控制短绒产生,精梳工序采用前进给棉方式,并粗细工序合理牵伸分配,以提高成纱条干均匀度,络筒工序合理设置电清参数,使CJ 7.3 tex特细号纱质量达到使用要求.

To make sure CJ 7.3 tex yarn quality in the condition of waste percentage 9% , raw material were select-ed rationally, fibre injury should be reduced and short fibre should be controlled well in picking and carding process, in combing process forward feed cotton were adopted, draft distribution should he set rationally in drawing, roving and spin-ning process to improve yarn evenness degree, electronic yarn cleaner parameter should be set properly in winding process,finally CJ 7.3 tex yarn quality could reach using demands.
