采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了紫外光激发的钼酸盐基白色荧光粉.用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱对其结构、发光性能进行了表征,并对其发白光的原理进行了分析.同时详细研究了煅烧温度对所得荧光粉的组成及发光性能的影响,计算了不同温度下得到的荧光粉的色坐标、显色指数和色温.

A novel white light emitting phosphor based on molybdate was synthesized by sol-gol method. The structure and luminescent properties of these phosphors were investigated in details. Effect of annealing temperature on the luminescent properties of these phosphors was analyzed,and the reason for white light emitting was explained. In addition,their CIE chromaticity coordinates,color temperature and color-rendering index Ra have been calculated according to corresponding PL spectra under 280nm radiation.
